2. How We Use Your Information
The information is strictly used to retrieve the required vehicle records from official Indian automotive databases and deliver the PDF report to your provided email address. Your mobile number is used solely for essential transactional updates or payment confirmations.
3. Payment Security
We do not store your payment credentials. All payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant, 256-bit encrypted third-party payment gateways.
4. Data Sharing & Non-Refundable Constraints
We respect your privacy. VahanTrace does not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We only share the vehicle number with data providers solely to fetch the requested records. By using our service, you acknowledge that if the RTO database returns no records or no linked mobile number, the verification fee remains strictly non-refundable.
