1. Service Overview

VahanTrace provides a platform to obtain registered mobile numbers for vehicles in India for a fixed fee per request.

2. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date details from authorized RTO centers, VahanTrace relies on third-party data sources. We do not guarantee 100% completeness of the data, as it depends entirely on the digital records currently maintained by the respective government authorities.

3. Strict Refund Policy

Since our service incurs real-time third-party API costs to fetch data upon your request, the service fee is completely non-refundable. As explicitly stated before payment, if there is no mobile number linked to the RC in the official RTO database, or if the provided RC number is invalid, the verification will fail, and the fee is strictly non-refundable. A refund will only be provided if our internal system crashes and fails to process a request despite payment.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use this service only for lawful purposes (e.g., verifying a used car before purchase). You must ensure that the vehicle number provided is a valid Indian registration number.
